第五回　「分をわきまえろ。」

おいらは亀田を支持するね。世間は亀田にどうしろって言ってんだろう。奴は試合の判定に従ってチャンピオンの座についた。ただそれだけだろ。判定がインチキだというなら、それは亀田親子とは別の問題だ。疑惑のしかるべき根拠と証拠をもって、しかるべき手段で暴くしかない。おいらは行儀の悪い奴は嫌いだ。だから亀田も嫌いなんだけど、なにせ人前で気絶するまで殴り合ってそれで銭をもらおうっていう興行だ。そんな狂気の世界の住人に、世間的な行儀良さとか品行を求めるほうが所詮無理な話だろ。政治家に清廉さを求めたり、芸人にモラルを求めたりするのと似てる。くだらねぇな。偽善はやめて、亀田のあの大仰なパフォーマンスとやらをビール片手に、愉しんでりゃいいじゃねぇか。 さて今回もぶつくさ言うぞ、なにせ暑いからな。ま、程ほどに聞き流してくれ。最近の世間から“分”という概念が消えようとしているみたいでどうも気にくわねぇ。分とは文字通り“分け隔て”だ。おのれの領域と言い換えてもいい。男と女、大人と子供、金持ちと貧乏人、玄人と素人…正妻と妾なんてぇのもあるな。人それぞれがその出自と実力と目の前の現実を謙虚に受け止め、分を守り、分をわきまえて暮らす。そこに社会の調和と慎み深さが生まれるんだと思うんだが…。土俵の上に上がろうとするどっかの女知事。相撲は大昔からそういうことでやってきたんだから、いまさらぐちゃぐちゃ言うなよ。 男女差別なんかとは別の話だろうが。分をわきまえろよ。某有名フレンチレストランでワインぐるぐる回して口のなかでぐちゅぐちゅやってる若造。坊や、周りを見てごらん。ここはお国に所得税たっぷり払ってる人がくる所なの。自分で稼いだ金で気軽に通える店、それが分なの。しょぼい建売住宅の狭いガレージにきつきつにジャガー置いてるオヤジ。家の格よりクルマの格がうんと上だと、かえって貧乏臭いよ。フランクミューラー腕にはめて、カップヌードルすすってるみたいだよ。おまえさんの住んでる家。それがおまえさんの分なんだよ。それをわきまえろよ。 パソコンの前で瞳孔開いて株式市況に釘付けの保谷市在住の３８歳の主婦。個人投資家なんていう最近の流行に見事にそそのかされて…。株とか先物取引とかね、玄人だけに許された怖～い世界なの。その内泣きを見るよ、あなたは素人なんだから、堅気なんだから。分を守りなさいよ。とまぁ、例を挙げればきりがない。何でも自由、何でも平等、戦後民主主義が振りまいた大いなる幻想。 その中でみんな分を忘れ何でも欲しがり、およそ足るということを知らない。 おいらが子供の頃、他人の持ってる物を欲しがると“見たもの乞食”といって親に怒られたもんだけど、その言いようで行けば日本中が見たもの乞食になってるな。あぁ～あ、やだやだ。なんだか今日はぶつくさ度高かったな。次回はまた色っぽい話でもしようかな。
