さまざまなサバイバルと冒険を行うフィールドである。
家事という名の行為が、自分一人だけのためにだけにやるとなると、冒険心がくすぐられる新しい試みになる。
洗濯、風呂、スイッチの場所さえわからないこともある家庭内の冒険フィールドは、アウトドアよりずっと難しい。
でも、自分のメシくらい自分で作って食べよう。
楽しくチャレンジするのは、心の健康というというものだ。
